I hesitate to call it customization, but some things have already changed in the appearance of my bike.
The most important thing is that now I’ve got a little korok on the handlebars (I’m used to carry them in TOTK, so that was an unavoidable choice).
Then I added a bike pocket and triangle reflectors by Blue Lug (from La Chouette, Paris), a Sigg bottle (surprisingly, at least something other than a Nalgene bottle worked for Tanaka bottle cage), titanium Silca Bottle Cage bolts in Bourbon (sounds cool, looks great), a couple of reflective stickers to the mounts of the fenders (for some inexplicable reason, the reflectors required by local law are either not available in Czech stores or are very ugly, so let’s call it a compromise), and Nitto bar ends (the original plastic ones felt a bit off; these ends are also a temporary solution, because I want to get a larger diameter later). And the poplar fluff stuck to the tires itself.
My new Simworks outer cables and brass caps are waiting for their turn, stored in a box with other bike valuables, and the list of things to order from Japan is long, and I don’t have a single idea whether I can handle it myself or maybe I’ll need someone’s help to screw it all together correctly, but I’m already sure that I’ve found a new interesting toy for many years to come (poor, poor bank account, and my condolences to the family).
